Matthew married Agnes Nancy Taylor 4,5,6  daughter of Matthew Taylor and Nancy Agnes Archibald in 1820 in Nova Scotia. Agnes was born on 19 Sep 1798 in Malignant Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada. She died on 9 Jun 1861 in Two Mile Lake Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, Canada. She was buried in Everygreen Cemetery, Aspen, Nova Scotia, Canada.

             17 F vi.  Annie McGrath  was born in 1828 in Two Mile Lake Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Annie married Wilbur Jordan .
